Mae deunyddiau ffugio bar titaniwm Gr2 yn bennaf yn aloion titaniwm pur a thitaniwm o gyfansoddiadau amrywiol, ac mae gan gyflwr gwreiddiol y deunydd gwiail titaniwm, ingotau, powdr metel a metel hylif. Gelwir cymhareb arwynebedd trawsdoriadol y metel cyn anffurfio i'r ardal drawsdoriadol ar ôl dadffurfiad yn gymhareb ffugio. Mae gan ddewis cywir o gymhareb ffugio, tymheredd gwresogi rhesymol ac amser dal, dechrau rhesymol a thymheredd ffugio terfynol, swm rhesymol o anffurfiad a chyflymder dadffurfiad i wella ansawdd y cynnyrch a lleihau costau berthynas wych. Mae gofaniadau bach a chanolig cyffredinol yn fariau crwn neu sgwâr fel bylchau. Mae trefniadaeth grawn bar a phriodweddau mecanyddol yn unffurf, yn dda, yn siâp a maint cywir, ansawdd wyneb da, yn hawdd i drefnu cynhyrchiad màs. Cyn belled â bod y tymheredd gwresogi a'r amodau anffurfiannau yn cael eu rheoli'n rhesymol, nid oes angen meithriniad mawr y gellir ei ffugio â gofaniadau perfformiad rhagorol.
